Last weekend saw the long-awaited and carefully prepared annual Lavylites event. Hundreds of
Lavylites partners from different countries met in the heart of Bavaria in Munich, which was
crowded with people dressed in traditional Bavarian "Tracht" for the Oktoberfest.
On Friday 4 October, a group of highly active and determined partners who had achieved the
best results in our challenge were invited to a festive dinner with the participation of Tibor
Jakabovics, owner of the company, and our special guest, American motivational speaker Tara
Renze. We were in Munich and saw the grace and elegance of those who attended the dinner.
The most significant day was Saturday, on which our entire community celebrated the eleventh
anniversary of Lavylites in person, or at least in spirit and mind. The atmosphere was very warm
and welcoming, as it had been a year since many of the partners had last met, in Tihany. We, the
Customer Support team, had the wonderful opportunity to talk with some of the partners whose
questions and requests we handle on a daily basis. Our colleagues Timi, Thomas and Nándi
received a wonderful gift from a group of partners from Germany as a gesture of appreciation for
their work: the gift with the partners' personal wishes will surely be a beautiful reminder of
their work in the office.
As anticipated, the programme was both engaging and informative, featuring a number of
thought-provoking speeches. The meeting began and ended with the inspiring and motivating
speeches held by Tibor Jakabovics, founder of Lavylites. He was joined by Dr Jürgen Vorgang and
Suzanne Niermann, while Tobias Eggers spoke about the key to success in network marketing.
Sales Director Emese Darabánt spoke about our vision and the operational characteristics of our
business. The star of the day was Tara Renze, an American motivational speaker who has been
inspiring people to action and self-discovery for years.
We will be posting photos and videos of the event shortly, which may serve as a valuable
memory for some of the participants, or as an encouragement for others to attend the event next
year. Where will it be organized? We cannot divulge the location yet, but we can assure you that
it will be as charming as Munich or Tihany.
Each of our annual events represents the culmination and summary of a year’s worth of
dedicated efforts and ambitious plans. At the same time, it is also intended as a kind of
recognition for our partners. We would like to congratulate both those who qualified for the gala
dinner and met the management of the company, as well as those who received awards
personally, for reaching new business levels. We would like to thank you all so much for your
dedication and energy, and for joining us not only this past weekend, but throughout the year.
