Shouldn’t PQ7 (Polyquaternium 7) used by Lavylites be considered a micro-plastic?

Shouldn’t PQ7 (Polyquaternium 7) used by Lavylites be considered a micro-plastic?

No, PQ7 is not considered a micro-plastic. It is a stable polymer (a macromolecule) available in liquid form. Its adhesive properties help it attach to the hair. However, this attachment is only temporary and physical in nature, and only happens on the surface of the hair filaments. Washed off PQ7 will decompose during the communal sewage water treatment procedure, and won’t be released into any natural water.
